However, customers do sometimes come to us with a part and no CAD to go with it. These 3D drawings are a must to be able to produce a mould tool and mouldings.<\/p>\n<p>To reverse engineer CAD, this physical part can be brought in and scanned by the team with our Einscan Pro HD 3D Scanner, this scans intricate details across complex shapes and surface finishes in just a couple of minutes. With some technical wizardry from our knowledgeable team- the scan be quickly pulled into software to create accurate CAD for your part! Where traditional injection moulding prototyping can be complex and costly, a 3D printed model can be produced in a matter of minutes; it can then be tested and altered until the design is suitable for injection moulding.  <\/p>\n<p>The range of thermoplastics used in 3D printing is huge and growing to include recycled materials and flexible filaments.
