With increased demand for our plastic injection moulding services<\/a>, the time has never been better to invest in the latest manufacturing technology.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why our highly skilled production team have welcomed the addition of the latest in the series of BOY insert moulding machines. Allowing BEC to continue to take on the most complex and innovative plastic injection overmoulding and filter encapsulation orders.<\/p>\n

The vertical BOY 55 E VV joins our range of vertical insert moulding machines. This 55 tonne overmoulding machine incorporates touchscreen technology and, just as you would expect from the latest technology, offers more efficient and quality production of thermoplastic products.<\/p>\n

Although we can make most jobs work on our horizontal machines, the vertical affords the injection moulding process even greater flexibility. By turning the mechanics of the horizontal on its end, the upright presents the operator with a totally stable flat working table. It\u2019s easier to load the insert in to the mould tool, so we can work to an even greater degree of precision and continue to offer every customer absolute accuracy.<\/p>\n

By simplifying the process, we can continue to take on technical overmoulding requests, from design and tooling through to full production. This can include encapsulating filters, overmoulding circuit boards and in-mould decoration.<\/p>\n

By investing in the future, we have brought our range of vertical injection moulding machines to 6 in addition to our 16 horizonal machine, ranging from 25 tonne to 250 tonnes. This sees us running 2 shifts of 24 hours 5 days a week, so we\u2019re fully geared up to continue to take on complex and rapid tooling<\/a> orders for our wide and varied customer base.<\/p>\n
