Encapsulating filters of quite literally all shapes and sizes for global brands in multiple sectors, primarily automotive. Often termed \u2018guardian angels\u2019, filters act like a safety net, protecting valuable components, whilst helping to ensure the reliability and continued smooth running of everyday machinery.\u00a0 Improved efficiency in filtration media means that dust retention capacity has improved dramatically, and the filter housing design required to house them has improved to be able to close gaps to micron levels.<\/p>\n

Where there\u2019s fluid or air moving through closely-positioned component parts, there will be pipes pulling and pushing that fluid and\/or air flow.\u00a0 By the very nature of the process, the quality of filtration has become critically important and therefore, injection moulded filter components need to meet high standards of quality. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification means we have the expertise to manufacture filters up to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) level 5.<\/p>\n
